At The USA Excavator, your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your order, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process to ensure peace of mind.
1. Return Policy
You may return an item within 60 days of receipt.
To be eligible, the item must:
Be in its original condition
Be unused
Include original packaging, accessories, and documentation
How to Initiate a Return:
Email us at 📧 contact@theusaexcavator.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Pack the item securely and include all components.
Ship the package using a trackable shipping service.
2. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.
Important Notes:
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product), we will cover return shipping.
If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., changed mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
3. Cancellations
Need to cancel an order? Please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
